Observing the homeless crisis, Jon saw a need for a professional building and development company to provide help to cities, counties, states, and federal entities to design, provide the facilities and deploy Outreach Villages.
JLG Construction Management LLC has set up a division of the company, OutReach Village, specializing in the deployment of effective emergency housing.
With a rapid response team consisting of top management, building supervisors, excavation land development supervisors, architects, engineers, fabricators, sales and marketing executives, we are ready to meet the need.
With our experience and expertise, we can offer a full-service turnkey, customized solution to consult and build OutReach Villages to provide short-term emergency housing in your state.
Jon Girod, founder, and CEO of JLG Construction Management LLC started his building and development company in 1975 managing construction projects throughout Portland Oregon, and surrounding metropolitan areas. Jon’s experience includes the construction of hundreds of homes, which included, Street Of Dreams, entry-level, custom, production, small commercial, residential remodels and commercial tenant improvements.
Jon is a building and development partner in the Dry Canyon Village project, a gated age-restricted community in Redmond Oregon. This project was developed from raw land consisting of 169 lots and a community center. Jon and his team designed and developed the subdivision including designing and building each of the homes.
Alex Knauss, VP Marketing & Sales of Outreach Village has 25+ years of successful experience with new business development, sales and project management.
Alex specializes in launching new products and programs. His main goal and responsibility is to use his experiences to build lasting relationships and educate his clients on maximizing the benefits of these new products, programs and services.
